Supervising and overseeing the route of the assignment (or a bundle), ensuring that the purchaser’s specifications and necessities are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to reveal charges.
liaising with the client, other construction specialists and, on occasion, members of the general public.
coordinating and supervising creation employees.
selecting tools and materials.
making protection inspections and making sure creation and location safety.
checking and preparing web site reviews, designs and drawings.
preserving fine manage tactics.
locating methods to save you issues and to clear up any that crop up
assessing and minimising risk.
Writing reports and retaining on pinnacle of office work.
Assisting to negotiating contracts and securing allows and licences.

Qualification and Experience:

National Diploma in Building or similar
Between 5 and 10 years’ experience in a site management role working across border
Excellent project and administration skills
MS Project proficiency (expert level)
